This is a Ney Taksim or improvisation, it moves through different feelings touching on different makams but not strictly adhering too much to classical notions of perfection and tending to the emotive spiral of nowness. So in a sense a journey evoking more 'sacred time' of a different quality. And if by night then the moon and stars are guides and the trees whisper songs. And if your night is in the city then it's bright and that's cool too, you can have a forest of night right there in the city because it's a feeling inside.
