This was track recorded in 2015. In the late 90's I brought a small 'Berber oud' back with me from Morocco, and then left it in a cab while unloading for a gig in NYC. Loved that instrument. Many years later a friend thoughtfully brought a ginbris back from Morocco for me thinking it was the same type of instrument that i lost, close but not. Yet over the years i've really come to enjoy messing around on it and this is one piece that's made the journey to the digital realm...as to 'the issue' well, we all know what that is don't we?
