The title for this piece was named by my very soulful wife who late one night after having ingested a rather large quantity of very tasty mushrooms uttered this cryptic phrase and refused to shed any further light on it's meaning. So while we know "there is no spoon", apparently you can still sleep on one. so one implication is that the music in this piece can be experienced as one answer to that paradox.

This is a live studio recording, there are no overdubs. Recorded @ Outbythetree Studios New York City Oct. 8th, 2007.
